Data Wiping & Certification Service
We provide secure data wiping services using the 3-pass (DoD) 5220.22-M data erasure standard to help ensure stored information is properly erased before recycling or disposal. Once the off-site data wiping process is completed, an acknowledgement letter and data wiping certificate will be emailed within 7 working days for record and verification purposes.
Proper Disposal Documentation
You’ll receive a disposal report including item list, data destruction confirmation, and proof of proper e-waste handling — helpful for internal reporting.
